Mr. Smith and his wife now have three kids. I can’t believe that they have that many kids already. I can remember when they first got married. I can also remember when having kids was in the planning stage. I can remember when they were choosing names for their prospective children. Now, their children are present, and they have a nice and happy family. 

Two of their children are old enough that they sleep in their own toddler bed. Their first child is three now, and the second child is two. Both of these children were very ahead of the game, as far as development is concerned. They were walking and talking at approximately eleven months. They were both potty trained before the age of fifteen months (they took an interest in potty training without any intervention, and they were just through with wearing diapers.), and they were now able to read very simple books.
